He is a Great Dane mix about 5 years old and weighs 34 kilos... "Yiannos" and his best friend Melis - together in the pictures - were living peacefully with all of the other strays in the center of the town without bothering anyone and were lovingly looked after by our team while waiting for the space to become available to move them in to our sanctuary.. Unfortunately his large size made him a target for poisoning by the locals leaving no choice to our team but to bring him and Melis in and they have been with us ever since. "Yiannos" and his buddy Melis they are both a picture of health, fully vetted, vaccinated, microchipped and neutered, as well as housebroken and leash trained. "YIANNOS" is social with other animals, very calm and peaceful, extremely patient and easy going. He loves to be caressed, but is not needy.
