He is a collie mix about 4 years old and weighs 25 kg... "MELIS" and his best friend Yiannos - together in the pictures - were living peacefully with all of the other strays in the center of the town without bothering anyone and were lovingly looked after by our team while waiting for the space to become available to move them in to our sanctuary. Unfortunately Yiannos' large size made him and his buddy a target for poisoning by the locals leaving no choice to our team but to bring them both in and they have been with us ever since. "MELIS" and Yiannos are both a picture of health, fully vetted, vaccinated, microchiped and neutered, as well as housebroken and leash trained. "MELIS" is friendly and playful with other dogs, he adores humans and caresses and is indifferent to cats.
