"BALLOS" is a Greek shepherd mix, about 8 months old and weights approx. 15 kg. He was found last autumn, during one of the worst rainstorm that has ever hit Greece. Our team mate on her way back from our vet had to pull into a parking lot because of the intense downpour; and there she saw him, a tiny, only 2 months old, drenched, freezing, shivering and terrified puppy. She dried him up in the car with paper towels and took him to our vet; once procedures were done, she took him to our sanctuary.
"BALLOS" is a picture of health, fully vetted and vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, also housebroken and leash trained. "BALLOS" is growing up into a very playful and social- with other dogs- boy. He also loves to explore; uncover all the wonders of nature (bees, olives, grass, lizards) or the mysteries of the house like modern plumbing, He is still a bit shy of humans, but is making great progress gaining confidence. He would make a wonderful companion for any family.
